The posts that we exchanged on Elwood FWD one page back got me to searching on "Elwood" and "FWD" at the MM and Ford boards. The company is still in business. It is less than a hundred miles from where I live in Massachusetts. A fellow by the name of Tony Jacobs bought the business and changed the name to Elenco. He has some posts on the Ford board and a search on his name might yield some interesting posts. He is reachable by email as well. Elwood made kits for IH, MM, JD, Ford and maybe others. One of the Ford threads indicated that Elwood may have made 5000-6000 conversions for Ford product. It seems that MMs were fitted with quite a few. I have seen several of those but none of the Fords. Does "NE" stand for Nebraska or northeast?
