Sounds like there is a slight internal leak somewhere in the hydraulic system. Try to isolate where the sound is coming from. My first guess would be that a small piece of contamination (shi$) is stuck in something like a relief valve. When the oil is cold and thick the leakage rate is low. After the oil warms up and the viscosity goes down the leakage rate goes up and the flow through the leak path makes whistling sound. The small leak acts as an orifice, which makes the whistle. Look at a hydraulic schematic for your tractor, and identify places where contamination could hold something slightly open. Relief valves and check valves are the most likely, as they move to open and close.
