Manuals are availble from Case IH dealer or from Binder Books. Check the link for the answers for several of your questions. As far as your starting problems, check the timing. Should be @ TDC when firing. Crank pulley comes off with a lot of heat and a good puller but make sure you're not pulling on just the flange of the pulley. Use a puller that reaches in far enough to get into the "meat" of the pulley or put some backing plates behind the pulley to pull against. For fluids: use 90 wt. or Hy-tran in trans / diff., finals. 90 wt. in steering box. 30wt in air cleaner and 30 wt or 10W30 in engine (your choice). Can't recall fuse amperage right off hand and I'm not near my manual, but I think it's a 20 amp.
