I know that the front end loader and the steering are run off of a 17gpm pump and the rear hydraulics are run off a 7 gpm pump. The two pumps are segregated. I'm sure that the pumps are worn since this is a 1971 tractor. My problem is that a new 17 gpm pump might not be much better than the old one in there now. It would definitely be a $430 gamble. If someone makes a 20-24gpm aftermarket pump the gamble would be minimal.
