Help! Calling all Alis Chalmer Experts!!!

Guys, I am rebuilding/restoring a Alis B 1950,I have to resleeve 2 cylinders and I got 2 sleeves from a guy in great shape.Now the problem I cannot locate new sleeve seals,I do not want to pay $250 for 2 sleeve kits when I only need $2 worth of parts=2 sleeve seals.I tried Napa,Agrco ect...I do not want to reuse the old ones and have them leak after all this work.the cylinders are standard size 3 3/8 any help would be greatly appreciated.
