Help! New Rebuild is too tight!!

I am rebuilding a engine and every thing is new(Pistons,Sleeves,etc.) After the third rod and piston was intsalled I could no londer turn it by hand. I lubed every thing up,put it back the same way I found it,and torqued it to specs,but is so tight! Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks a million for any help!
