Guys, he said it's got fire at the coil, just none at the plug wires, so points should be OK. Since you've tried both old and new cap, rotor and wires, it may be that you've got the distributor turned such that the rotor is pointing directly between two of the cap towers, and doesn't have enough spark to jump the gap to either. As was mentioned by a couple of the fellows, get #1 piston to TDC on the firing stroke, pull the cap and make sure the rotor is pointed directly at the tower for the #1 plug wire.
