I too am interested in the 300U series of IH tractors. Where are you located? The think the price mentioned of $1,500 - $2,500 is reasonable. Around where I live, tractor prices are a bit higher. Given what you said, a person will probably have to put in 50-100 hours of time and $1,000 - $2,000 in parts and paint to return the tractor it full function and beauty. Doug Stockman Penfield, NY
