Sounds like a fuel flow problem to me. Open the plug at the bottom of the carb. You should have a continuious flow, let it run for several minutes to make sure it doesn't slow down. You can catch the fuel. If it slows down then that is the problem. Check everything from the gas tank to the carb. Don't for get the screen that is behind the inlet fiting on the carb (Zenith) not sure about Marvel. Good Luck
