The M belly pump does not put out any pressure unless you pull pack on the control rod. Thus is you have a two way valve on their (like the NOS valve you added) then you have to lock the belly pump rod in the lift position to use the two way valve. This causes fluid to flow through the two way valve all the time, but the fluid just goes out the bypass of the two way valve back to the reservoir unless you operate the two way valve lever to lift your implement. Oil flows through the lift all pump all the time anyway, but it bypassed internally when the control rod is forward it you don't have the external remote valve. With the external valve, you are just changing the way the system bypasses.
