check for a restriction in the low pres feed line to the pump. this will cause improper draining of the reservior and will overfill. the bubbles may be from cavitation at the pump from fluid starving..is the pump making noise? (buzzing).. all this happened to my 300U. got fluid all over my leg.(reservior is under seat) good luck...Paul Vance..las vegas, New Mexico
