Value of Farmall 460

A co-worker asked me today what fair selling price for a Farmall 460 would be. It's her grandmothers and she wants to sell it. What she was able to tell me was it's a 1963 gas with power steering. It is a one owner tractor and has been kept in a barn and it is just starting some surface rust. It starts and runs fine. Thats all she could tell me and I haven't seen it. Any guestimates would be appreciated.
