You need seals! Seriously. I think you'll find that these are of the sort that used to be one seal, but the new ones are in a thinner cup. Some folks say to tap two in where the old one came out, others say you can get along on one just fine. You might look in the archives for that discussion to inform your own decision, but you can't be having oil on your brakes and it's pretty plain that the old seal is shot if not altogether gone.(to accentuate the obvious!)
