IH 684 Help.

I have a friend who needs to sell a 684, bought new in 1980. Tractor is ALWAYS garaged, washed, and kept better than new. Very low hours, never worked hard. All local offers have been ridiculisly low. The tractor needs to sell to settle an estate. My question is; What would be a reasonable offer. Thanks.
