Well ya may not want to hear this BUT here goes, If the tractor will not start in the full fuel posisoin on the shutdown cable you either have knocked the rings out of the engine or your pump is toaste . as the cranking pressure is gone and the pump will need to be rebuilt and while doing the pump rebuild also do the injectors . I would also have the compression checked by someone that has the propper equipment to check compression . If it is not with in spec's then and overhaul is in order. the 310's do not take well to either .
