You can use 50/50 lead solder and just about any flux, the radiator shops use a tinning flux with solder in the flux. I use muriatic acid (swimming pool acid)to clean the area up befor fluxing.The hardest part is getting it all perfectly clean befor fluxing. Most of the time I'll just take it to the radiator shop to get it fixed.
