I have not heard of a MF 165, I'm thinking perhaps you mean MF65, if so I have owned one. It has 50hp on the pto, and is an excellent tractor for field work, and the Perkins 4 cyl diesel is a great motor, and economical. One the downside, I've heard, (don't know this for certain)that the MF 65 hydraulics are not a good choice for a loader. I don't know why. The M on the other hand has a loader. Does it have a narrow front or wfe?. Does the Massey have factory power steering? Power steering on the M? You'll wish you had it for loader work. The M burns gasoline which is more expensive than off-road diesel. My M goes thru gas like crazy.. My opinion may be totally irrelevant if you are talking about a 165, I'm just not familiar with it.

The answer to our needs materialized in the form of a '44 Farmall A, complete with cultivators, discs, single plow, a 5ft.Woods belly mower and one, mounted spare 9.00x24 rear wheel.
