Bandit - Better to pick the lighting feed from the ammeter terminal that connects to the regulator (or cutout relay), NOT direct to the battery. Otherwise you'll get false ammeter readings whenever the lights are on. For safety recommend putting a 20 amp fuse in the line ahead of the light switch too!
