Before you start ripping all that LP equipment off you might check to see if any collectors want it. Even if it isn't factory I imagine that they are pretty rare and the parts would be worth something if nothing else. We have a '63 706 LP and it can be a temprimental but for the most part has been a good tractor, for a while we had a pair of them, LP used to be cheap but those days are over.
