i swapped wires on amp gauge and ammeter reads 2 positive or so when engine off and on. with switch on it reads 2 as well. after running if i try to restart within a minute or so it doesnt have the juice to do so. i put wires back the way they were on amp meter and same thing happens as it will not start. guage goes back to -10 when on.
