Sounds like you have alot of tips here Will. I have freed up a few myself. I have never used pb blaster. One thing I heard of was good to use for soaking is automatic transmission fluid. I used this on a couple that were mildly stuck and it worked pretty well. Didn't know about it when I was working on the really frozen ones so haven't put it to the real test. As far as the breaking over, if they are froze really good, blocks and jacks and hammers is the best way I know. Just a little tip on the wood blocks is to use really hard wood such as oak. This will keep you from widdeling down a few blocks because they can take more abuse. If the sleevs are pitted then you are going to have trouble getting the piston to come up out of there even if you get it free. if that is the case you have to go down with it or take it out with the sleeve. I hope you get it freed up.
