Stuck C

The neighbor's Super "C" has sat for a couple years with a stuck engine. Told him I'd take a look. Just pulled the head and #3 has scaled rust on the cylinder walls. Before I go any farther, does the "C" have sleeved cylinders and can I buy just one or do I have to get all four in a set? Do yards sell just one sleeve & piston? Secondly, I suspect I will need to drive out the sleeve (if it is one) with the piston still stuck inside. Can I assume the sleeve drives out from crank end, up and out the top?
