Kevin, the B414 is a British built tractor, and I beleive they were built from about 1960 until 1965. It has 33hp, or close to that,and is one of the most fuel efficient tractors I've ever had the pleasure to own. I can work mine pretty hard all day on 5 gal. of fuel. It should serve you well cutting 8 acres with a brush hog.
