I'm helping a friend who "inherited" an F-12 with a land purchase. The tractor looks complete except for the top sheet metal piece. I think I could have it running in a few hours. It has unstyled fenders with the following description. SN 'FS 51683' which makes it a 1936 model. Narrow front, cut-off wheels. The starter, generator and battery box look real factory like. Either it was a later factory upgrade or a farmer with some great craftsmanship, or this is one rare tractor. I didn't think Farmall offered electric start before 1939 and it didn't get to a standard offering before 1941. Any guessers here?
