Nope, seriously doubt its the oil. It was probably slipping in low side before it was parked for 3 years. Good idea to change the oil and put in new Hy-Tran anyways, but its not going to solve your problem. Unless you really want to have the TA working, just leave it in high side and the tractor will work just fine.
