First you need to establish there is enough oil in the shuttle,the oil is checked with the engine running,start the engine,put it on low idle with the shuttle in neutral and the transmission in top gear check the level,top it up with Case TCH or any HyTrans equivalent, see if it drives forward properly now,if not check the linkage for the forward/reverse control valve is moving the valve properly,if that OK and the brakes are off there is a problem with the forward clutch,the discs could be worn,the piston leaking or the most likely and common to the Borg Warner shuttle is the Belleville spring has cracked up in the forward clutch pack,at this point it is wise to have a pressure check before the machine is demobilized,hoping it only low in oil.
