I"m in the UK and am familar with JCB"s but there is a problem export machines are badged different than the ones for the home market, the machine I think you have would be an early 3CX here and there is as many models of that machine as days in a month, the mechanical clutch cut out is the only clue I have as to what you got,the machine would have a Borg Warner Velvet Shift shuttle, the F/R is cable operated, the clutch dump valve has a mechanical linkage, there is adjustment on the end of the valve that should be set to .010" between the adjustment bolt and the lever that pushes it,when the valve is pushed in oil that is holding the clutch pack compressed is released and the clutch disengages, check that clearance and make sure the linkage is pushing the valve in all the way,for the valve adjustment get a second person to move the F/R lever and you will see the control valve lever moving,in the centre is the adjusting bolt, you need two 7/16 wrenches, loosen the jam nut and turn the bolt till you have the .010",about the buzz it must be a bare wire grounding when you move the lever, look in that area, move the loom a bit. Good luck AJ
