I take it that you have a Power shift winch. Just thought I would pass on some things to check out when working on your unit. The first thing you need to do is to check the pressure of the pump and then check the pressure of each clutch. Make sure your cable is adjusted correctly. The pressure control valve that they use is a pretty basic unit. The suction hose was also a problem area that a lot of mechanics over looked. If you find that you have pump pressure but one or both of the clutch pressures are down you will have dig deeper. Check the end caps on the clutch shaft there are steel sealing rings in each end of it and they could be worn or worse yet they could have worn grooves into the sealing area on the caps. If these are ok then you need to remove the clutch shaft. You can do it with the winch on the machine but it is a lot easier if you have the winch off of the tractor. Before you take it apart check for end play in the shaft there are steel spacers on it that can get worn. Once you have the clutch pacs on the bench it is pretty straight forward taking them apart, cleaning, inspecting and reassemblling with new seals etc. Check to make sure the splines on the shaft are smooth otherwise your clutch plates can hang up. There are also 4 rubber sealing seals that fit into holes on the splined shaft that need to line up with the feed holes in the clutch pacs and you need to make sure you get these lined up correctly when you reassemble. It has been a number of years since I have been involved with this product but I do know that when Allied first took over the Hyster Product they were always very helpful. Good Luck
