Any idea what year it is? Also if there's a letter behind 680. I'm on my third 680, the one now is an H model. I had the "no moving" problem with my 680E. Turned out to be a broken flex plate between the flywheel and the converter, this had caused the "drive-grip" between the converter and the fwd reverser pump to become damaged (would not turn the pump). The converter was repaired in the shop and a new flex plate was inexpensive. The whole repair was under $2000, mostly labor. Ran well ever after. If the fwd reverser is low on oil it will not move, always do the simple checks first. Overall I like the 680 machines but I stay away from the early ones with the unibody drivetrain because they're much harder to work on.
