After looking and watching for quite a while i was able to find a used winch for my 450B within 100 miles of home. We were able to see it in operation before removing it from sellers rig. I was so tickled to get it that i never paid any attention to where the control handle was mounted. Now i have it at home and am trying to mount it to my dozer and can"t for the life of me determine where to mount the handle. The winch didn't come with the handle so i was able to purchase from a part distributer near me. They told me that the handle goes on the left hand side but i can't seem to match it up to anything that make s sense. Wondering if one of you folks maybe has a similar machine can help me out. maybe even a picture. This has been pretty frustrating, seems that i have more time trying to figure this out that it will actually take to mount the damn winch. Thanks in advance for the help!!!!
