Don't know where your at but give the guys at Bullocks a call. They have been doing radiators for me for many years and, in my opinion, are the best around, and have always been fair with me on pricing. That said the larger radiators are going to be expensive so the $2000 might not be a bad price. When you take into account the cost to tear the old one down, clean up the parts, reassemble, and pressure check the new one, the labor alone adds up quick. Add in the cost of the core and the price just keeps rising.
Hope these guys can help you out. Here is their info. Bullocks Radiator 2640 N Graham St Charlotte, NC 28206 (704) 372-7310
