Check the ends of your spring and buttons (wear pads) as gusbratz mentioned. In your picture it looks like the spring has been pressing down and bending the top of the track frame. This is probably happening because of wear and when it oscillates.
If you power down your blade and raise the front of the tractor up and down, you will be able to check for wear at those points and at the hinge pin in the middle. May take two people, one to control the blade and one to watch the spring.
