The neighbors HD 16 (with turbo off HD 21) is running again. Worst thing was oil above pistons forced there by water in engine crankcase. Pulled all six injectors and spun the engine and oil flew everywhere. Drained all systems and put new oil in with new filters, including air filter( $ ouch), and it fired right. checked injectors for proper settings(one was not working at all-replaced it w/good used one). Keeping watch for milky oil in all systems, but not to bad yet. Thanks for all the replies-it's nice to have people out there who care enough to reply. She was pushing stumps etc. normally today. The fuel system never had any water in it-vent in tank cap may be plugged which might be why it quit and rolled into the pond in the first place. Very fortunate and thankful to have the dozer working again. Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
