Thanks for the info, I did adjust the steering lever and now I have the same resisitance on both levers but the RH hand still will not release, maybe stuck from sitting? I do know that it would not steer when they parked it some 20 years ago, I am hoping it can be worked on from the top cover and I do not have to remove final drives ect to get to the steering clutch cnt
