Has anyone used this type of accumulator? What are the good and bad comments? I have used a bale accumulator before and am interested in the 18 bale Kuhn Hay Accumulator.

I ran my Kuhns accumulator for about five minutes and decided to sell the Hoelscher I was running. The Hoelscher is a good machine but it requires very uniform bales, less than three inches in bale length variation. This can be tuff to do sometimes with my East Texas Bermuda grass. With the Kuhns, bale length variation is not an issue at all. I have had several days of putting up 1000 to 2000 bales without having to lay a hand on the Kuhns accumulator. Transport is also much better. The Kuhns will do 45 to 55 mph down the highway with no problems.
