Adjust the screw on top at slow idle where the engine runs the best. Set the bottom screw at 1 1/2-2 turns open. Then with the engine warmed up real good and the throttle set wide open, very slowly turn the screw in until the engine starts to lose RPMs. Then slowly open the screw until the engine runs rich. Usually about 1 1/2 open . Then split the difference.----Then repeat the process to fine tune it.Slow idle speed should be set at 600 RPM.
