Today I went over to Rich's house.. some call him on here "old" for a handle. My tractor had been picked up by him and taken to his farm to check out. There he found not only the clutch bad. But the presure plate was had deep scratches on it. The throw-out bearing was in sad shape and of course the clutch was shot and when I looked at it. I wondered how my tractor moved in low gear even. So Rich and I got on the phones and started calling for the cost of said items. Found them at a place called -Kay Cee Rebuilders inc.- in Kansas City Missouri about 148 miles from me. Well since I had kids and grand kids in K.C. I went the next day and picked them up myself. Got all I needed and they were waiting on the counter when I walked in the door! WOW.. now that was service! Cost for them was only with tax like $192.20 and they were in my hand to bring hom. So the next day I took them over to Rich's house and he installed them for me. But with out my help other then handing a tool maybe. For Rich said he had a system on doing this stuff and he sure did. But that really did not enclude me in the system. lol So this afternoon I drove over to see him. He is like 38 miles one way to his home. Were he came out the door greeting me in smile and said. Lets fix that steering wheel problem you have! So like a puppy dog I followed him to the garage. Where he fixed me a new keeper that he made for it. Adjusted the wheel so it fit proper and new washer on top and even had to make new threads on the shaft cause they were pretty messed up and the nut would not go all the way down it for proper locking of wheel. This being fixed and a smile on my face. He looked at the wheel on this Case 311-B tractor and said one of them was way off sided and sure enough it was out a lot. Not only off Rich notice but there was no lock and nut to keep it from not moving again in and out. So off we went for a walk about his place of tractors and there he found a rim with one of them on it. So it went on mine and now I don't have to worry about it. Also after his adjustment on rim going in and out. I could now set it on a 6 ft. wide trailer good. Well that is it for now. My tractor is ready to go and thanks to Rich or OLD! I will have my tractor back home very soon. So then I can go back to working on the sheet metal again. Oh he also go down and took off them ugly fenders for me. So I can make them pretty again. Well maybe not pretty but look good while riding bye on a fast horse and squinting your eyes. lol lol Never said I was a good body man. lol Have a good day all.

Larry we still need to check to see if your charging system is working or not. LOL Thought about that about an hour after you left but figured we can do it right before I haul it home. Also I lied as far as sitting back today and doing nothing. I played with that one Case VAC and spun it over real good. Moved the other one out of the way and then installed the tire and wheel on that farmall M. Then moved part of an Allis C that was in front of the M and then pulled the M around so it will be easier to get to the shop.
