An M engine will NOT fit in an H. What is wrong with the H engine you have?

I actualy was given the tractor after my wifes grandpa died. since i'm the anly one in the family who even lives on a farm or cares about tractors the family gave it to me. The h was blown up a number of years back (80's) and pulled out to the junk pile. The tractor is in perfect shape, (all lights, including the red bullet light on back, tin is perfect, rims, etc.)so i thought i would pu a motor in it because the grandma would like to see it run again sinc they had purchased it new in 1953.
