I woke up with a bloody nose and then started cring again. The only consistant family I have had for the last 17 years had to be put down by the vet yesterday. 17 years of the best dog anybody could ask for followed by one of the hardest times in my life. RIP Stumpdog. I guess I'll mosie out to her grave site when it warms up but I hope the sadness turns to happy memories sooner than later.

Real sorry to hear that stump. Last boxer dog I lost, Jake, I liked better than most of my family. As for the nose, get your B/P checked. We don't want you to go too!!!

Mornin' all...Been up for an hour, caught my farm shows, the radio bands are junk this morning (bottom of sunspot cycle). Got to put the chains and heat housers on the H and M for the winter. Gotta check some gopher traps as welll as rearrange some of the insides of my buildings to make space for everything for the winter. That ought to do me in just about right. Looking forward to the final race tomorrow... it's looking pretty good for Johnson...Randy

Good morning, been up about a 1/2 an hour. Went out to pee and it's not too bad out, no frost. Guess I'd best be getting started. I have been waiting for transition for bin to get here so I can put it in and finish combining corn and it finally came yesterday. I got the hole cut and bolted on last night. Have to put self tappers in the aireation tube to hold it together and then I can start filling bin. About 20 acres to go and sounds like the weather is going to pot next week, so I want to get DONE! Have a good weekend, Chris

What do you mean 'corn growing juice'? Anhydrous? Hard to find- Litchfield and Paynesville are out. Slight chance I can get some locally. That never happened before.
