I read that OJ has 8 felony counts against him, including kidnapping for that forceful entry in Las Vegas. It would be nice to finally see justice done to this guy. He belongs in Prison plain and simple.

My understanding is that the property in question had been seized from O.J. to partially satisfy the judgement against him the Goldmans hold.

The people O.J. allegedly stole it from had purchased it legally through this avenue (again, just according to what I read).

Have any of you heard the audiotape of the encounter? Sounded pretty damning to me.

There really IS an OT forum... in reply to Gun Guy with brains, 09-18-2007 15:50:06
This forum is "Tractor Talk". I don't think OJ was cool enough to own a tractor!

If you were to ask me, the man had a right to be angry at those guys for stealing his stuff. It was indeed his stuff that they had. It seems wrong to me to charge OJ with burgulary for taking back HIS stuff that they stole from him. What he did wrong was take it back himself instead of calling the cops, if he had called the cops and let them handled it, there wouldn't be this mess and the other party would have been the ones in trouble. I think as they continue to dig deeper, this whole thing is just a sceme to get OJ in hot water, someone taped that whole thing and now there is even arguement that there were no guns used now.
Not really defending OJ in particular since I think he did those double murders earlier, but I do believe he is getting a bad deal here. This is one of those situations where thieves can get YOU into trouble if you do something wrong on the spur of the moment. This kind of stuff can happen to anyone, celebrity or not.

Yep, I am watching the news here, and sure enough they're singing a slightly different tune now than what they had been singing over the past couple of days. Sure changes my views on it now, however it was still a setup.

Yeah poor OJ he hired these guy's to "break in" and steal the stuff so that the judge could not give it to the Goldman's and they skimmed a little off the top SO.

If he had called the cops the stuff would be Fred Goldman's. Thats why he decided (again) to take the law into his own hands. He was "entrapped" just like the guys who take stolen goods to fence sting set up by the cops.

Problably, since he owes them $60 million, so anything of value that he has they get taken away. The Goldmans even got the courts to award them OJ's book just a month or two ago. I think this whole mess was set up by the Goldmans, because they are angry they haven't been able to make him pay enough. They wanted to change the title of his book from "If I had did it" to "heres how I did it" or something along those lines.
Now they are even talking about a lawsuit against OJ because one of the thieves has since had a heart attack!.
