Help please,

I have a Int. 154 that runs good when not under load but when you try to mow with it it simply shuts off. I replaced the carb, rotor, points, wires, plugs and cap but it didn't help. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Thank you

Not enough information. Does it immediately restart or not? Do you have a good spark when it stops? Something easy to check before wasting more money on things that are OK.
Are you saying any no load engine speed is OK, or does this happen at just the one setting?
Have you checked for good consistent fuel delivery - as in a full flow from the carburettor drain for more than a full minute?
Are all service tolerances correct?
Is the engine in good order from point of view of compression, oil use, good governor operation etc?
When you have done all these checks you will have probably found your problem.
Then get back to us with your findings or the extra information so these guys below don"t have to make blind, mis-informed guesses at your fault diagnosis and the repairs/adjustments that might or might not be applicable.

Sounds like a bad coil. Feel the coil after it shuts off. If it's bad you will know.

When you replaced the carb did you adjust the linkage to be set right? You need adjust that linkage arm from the govenor to the carb.
Take the pin out of the linkage rod where it comes over from the govenor. Then push the throtal (govener control) all the way up for high speed. then push the rod that goes to the carb all the way back towards the seat. Then you adjust your linkage while holding the rod back to line up with the hole on the govenor arm. when it lines up put the pin back it.
If you don't have this adjusted right when you run the tractor under load you can kill the engine becasue the govenor can not adjust itself to give the carb more gas.

Could be lots of things, not a lot to go on here. Sounds like maybe a gas thing if it quits under load, not getting enough fuel, like a clogged fuel filter, or somethng plugged somewhere. Crud in the gas tank can plug things up. Could be a coil, too, a bad coil can casue quitting when it gets good and warm. Just replacing the carb might not help much, it needs to be clean, free of dirt and properly adjusted, also the governor neeeds to be properly adjusted.
