Got the MD out of hibernation today. Boy I"ll tell ya, it is great to be back on that MD again. She fired right up. Put a little gas in her and it lit right off. Switched over with little problem. Had to bleed #1 injector a little, but other than that it runs perfect. Man I love that tractor!!!

The piece was out of the grill to mount a cultivator. They usually ended up never being replaced and often did not go with the tractor when sold. As a result the tractors have the missing look.

Sounds like a Farmall MD nut to me. I know the feeling. I don't have an MD, but I do have the nut part down.
