The question is a wildcard, what exactly do you want to know?? You could use a flatbed trailer, a rollback truck, a box trailer if it will fit. Chains, binders, tyedown straps. I hope your not considering using a cardolly or something like that.

It depends on what the tractor weighs and what the rating of the chains and binders is. The DOT has a chart they go by.
