Hey Allan, A few years back I went over to Georgia. When those folks found out that I"m from Texas, they asked how I like the trees since we have none like their"s. At least where I live. I said it is like being cooped up. You can only see maybe 75 feet around you. I"m used to seeing 15 to 20 miles. If someone is coming that I don"t want to see I can leave by the back way in plenty of time.

My kids live in NW Ne. when I visited them a few year ago I was out on the farm and had to go real bad so I went looking for a tree to water down and walked and walked and walked and finally ended up back in Oregon. Never went back again to far to walk just to take Pee. Walt

coming back from out west once thru NE. and saw A tree...honest! we were so awe struck we stopped and took half a roll of pictures of it! that was twenty years ago tho...that tree is prolly gone by now. i figured a stray seed musta got pooped out on that spot by some long distance flying bird with constipation.

I live in a very heavily wooded area and the wind usually doesn't get in here much.

I gotta get that cab out of the yard. Management will be voicing an opinion here before long if I don't. :>)

I didn't know Nebraska had trees, I thought it only had wind.
