I am looking for some governor parts for a Hoof governor. I need the pins and bushings that fasten the weights. Engine is a Waukesha F320G(Massey 1100 gas)

There are a lot of those governors out there. They are used on so many different engines and applications that there has to be a local place to get parts. The old chryler slant 6 industrial used them too. Used to have a lift truck that had a continental engine with one.

Here's a link I found googling engine governors, then search in results with the word "hoof". There is a linsting for hoof down the page a bit. Hope it helps some.

You might want to consider a new one. They don't seem to be too spendy.

Aloha, I inquired about that governor a while ago and the sales person said that it needed to bolted to the engine so it can be fed oil for lubrication from the front. I would imagine that it could be modified by covering it with a plate and some sort of oil seal. You also would have to devise a way to attach the pulley because it looks like it has splines on the shaft. Hope this helps.

Mahalo,
