I have an old Franklin skidder with a detroit diesel engine that runs good; everything works but the torque converter, which means it is stuck where it's at. I can't make it move. I think it got low on fluid an now i need to prime it but i don't know how. Please help me.

Thank you for the reply I ran the skidder wide open and still it did not move. i think i am low of fluid; where do i put it in at and what weight do i use--yes, i have never ran a skidder before and don't know nothin about it, but i have this one i traded for the timber it dragged out but now it sits here and i don't know what to do with it--it might be simple, like some way to prime the hose??? please help if you know what weight of hydroloc fluid to use and where to put it in at.

They wouldn't go anywhere on idle. Open the throttle wide & wait for few minutes. My Timberjack sometimes took those spells.
