It seems the engine is the common 134 cubic inch Ford motor found on a 740 as the link indicates.

I believe it has 31 hp at the crank.

Acording to some Ford Lit. I have here they say that for the 134" Red Tiger 601 engine it has in quotes "43.0 brake h.p., without accessories, at 2000 r.p.m. at flywheel. In the 6X1 series the 4 speed tractors have 35.0 corrected max. belt H.P. @ 2000 RPM while the 5 speed tractors have 37.5 @ 2200 RPM. The engine is the same between the 6XX @ 7XX series but the 7-7X0 has a bit lower compression than the 6-7X1 series with the compression @ 7.5-1
