This ad is in the land for sale section of the Progressive Farmer:

Ted Turner or Cabela's will probably come in here and suck that one up. Only eighty acres of irrigation so not much work to speak of. :>)

They stock 'em with buffalo and pheasants and let 'er go back to nature. Mostly, they go after those 6 or 7,000 acre spreads tho. That way they can dictate the terms and the locals can't compete.

Let's see...I can borrow money from any of our store-front loansharks for 7.5% per week. For this parcel that figures out to about $71,000 in interest per week. (Now I know how those guys can afford to drive Hummers!) I might have to decide to raise something other than buffalo to pay the bills.
