Hi guys, I need some quick ideas.. I will be gone for the summer and need to fence off my antique storage lot so not everyone in the world knows what I have. My place is in the middle of construction or everything would have longs since been hidden, so I need to be able to relocate the fence easitly. I have a corner lot, 150 by 300, and need to at least cocer 200 feet of frontage to hide most of my mess from the general public.

I have collected a good amount of pipe similar to what is used on chain link, and a bunch of 4 inch and othe black pipe. Probably enough to build panels I could bolt nailing strips to. THen I could screw on tin roofing panels( collected a bunch of used tin over the years) or maybe even stockade fence panels, or rough cut lumber. I also have about 50 feet of chainlink with the slats installed I could use for coverage as well.

I really do not want to set posts in concrete and in holes, as the area is very rocky and I will need to change the fence completely when all the building/demolition is done. Would welding a pair of horizontal legs on each post and then tying it down with cables and stakes be enough to hold up for a while without total destruction in a year or two?

Any thoughts or ideas would be great! $$ is very low right now, need to make do with what I have...

Thanks, Upstate NY Truck
