snowblower chute cable routing??

Ok, I must be an idiot a) for not being able to figure this out or b) for not taking a pic before I took it apart, lol.....

I need to know the proper routing of the manual chute turning cable on my rear 3pt mnt 5ft blower on my 235 massey.

I've tried 3ways to sunday to get it right, but am just coming up frustrated.

Your help (oh god, pics wld be great at this point), wld be greatly appreciated as snows a commin!

I found this shot in the archives from when I first bought my snowblower. I could have sworn there were two passes of cable around the spout, but it seems as though there is just one, connected to an eye to turn it. Notice the opposite rotation of the two cable ends, eh?

Thanks for the reply Rod..... ..

Unfortunately, mine has only (1) spooling "area" on the crank with a raised eyelet, and an eyelet on the chute on the opposite side opposed to the crank.

Did you notice the "ratnest" going on in the front spool in that pic?? Don"t think its supposed to do that....

Ps: eh EH? Howdy neighbour your about 30-40 mins away from me in the Metcalfe area.... small world!
